Today, on Sunday, a shopping day in Hanover, we visited the Lacoste store on Karmastraße and received a very warm welcome. Upon entering, we were offered a refreshing cold drink, and the store manager, Steffen, greeted us extremely kindly. He took a lot of time for us, gave us excellent advice, found all the sizes, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. It was a truly pleasant shopping experience, and we haven't received such friendly and attentive service in a long time. I definitely give it a 12 out of 10! Thank you for your time! We will definitely be back!

I discovered the Lacoste store in Hanover about two months ago. Lacoste products are of very high quality and look very modern—no fast fashion here! Since then, I've been there at least six times and each time the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Janczak, in particular, was exceptionally kind and patient. His advice was professional yet unobtrusive; his keen sense of style was invaluable in helping me choose. Shopping there was truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lacoste store in Hanover. I hope this unique store remains a fixture in Hanover for many years to come.

I've been shopping here several times now. There's a large selection and all the necessary sizes. Since I need very long shirts and polos, I always find something suitable here. Parking in front of the door isn't always possible, but there are alternatives nearby. It's easy to reach by public transport. They even serve espressos if you're taking a while. I'm completely satisfied with the service and the selection.

It's a small shop, but the selection is impressive. It seems like even larger stores don't offer such a wide variety as this one. Excellent, I highly recommend it.
