I ordered one controller, but I was charged for two and received two. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I immediately sent an email, since I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Unfortunately, I haven't received any replies to my emails, and no one is answering the phone. I've been trying to contact them for some time now, but without success. Has anyone else had dealings with this company? Or has anyone filed a police report or complaint about similar issues? I would be very grateful for any information or experiences you can share.

Warning: No contact possible (store closed due to system failure??), no phone service (answering machine with endless loop), no callback (despite promise), no email response, previously constantly changing opening hours! My bike has been in the workshop for four weeks. I hope I get it back soon!

I had my e-bike repaired there. The staff were very polite and competent. I was able to take the repaired bike home immediately.

Beware of scammers! Bought an e-bike, no order confirmation after 2 days. I requested a refund, but I haven't received my money back in 3 weeks. It's impossible to reach them by phone. I'm currently trying to get my money back through the credit card company. If that doesn't work, I'll file a police report.

I was passing through and my NCM Paris bike desperately needed repairs. I actually got an appointment and everything was repaired professionally. A fantastic team, especially Daniel, who really took care of everything, and you did me a huge favor! Now I can actually explore the city on my bike this weekend! My bike is absolutely top-notch, by the way, and even after several years, the battery hasn't lost any of its quality! The staff were also immediately reachable by phone and even called me back when the bike was ready! Many thanks to the amazing team in Hanover!

We visited Leon Cycle today and were absolutely thrilled! The service was fantastic – incredibly friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. We immediately felt well taken care of. The bikes are amazing – they ride incredibly well, are super comfortable and powerful, simply a completely new riding experience. You can tell right away that quality and customer service are top priorities here.

No communication via email or telephone is possible. Therefore, after-sales service is practically non-existent. After approximately 2,000 km, the seat tube broke. The bike was only used on normal paths, and the seatpost wasn't extended too far. In my opinion, it's definitely a design flaw, as the seatpost only sits firmly in the seat tube for the first 5-6 cm or so. After that, the inner diameter widens, resulting in significant vertical play in the seatpost. Fortunately, the incident ended without serious injury. Therefore, I will never buy another product from Leoncycle.

I needed two pieces of information before making the final purchase. After two weeks, however, I received no response to my emails. Calling them is a constant struggle, as I'm always stuck on hold. I recently bought a bike from another manufacturer who is actually accessible to end customers and cares about their business. I don't even want to imagine the hassle a warranty claim would cause with Leoncycle. Therefore, I'm quite glad I never entered into a business relationship with them.
