You can tell that someone with passion and a structured approach is in charge here. Since the change in management, the atmosphere has become more relaxed and professional. The studio is clean, organized, and you feel valued. A huge plus for the team and the members!

I can't confirm what some others have experienced or written here. The salesperson was super friendly and gave me excellent advice. The selection is perfectly fine considering the size of the store, and you shouldn't compare prices online – it's like comparing apples and oranges. I can definitely recommend the store and had a great shopping experience! 👍🤙

Aside from the lukewarm food, it was disastrous; we also had to wait just over 45 minutes for it to arrive. We also had to carry the food up ourselves. But you have to give them credit, it was still tasty.

I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident at your store. When I entered the store with my young daughter, I was asked to leave by an employee named Johannes after less than two minutes. The reason, apparently, was that my daughter had started to cry. Despite my efforts to complete my purchase quickly – I was already close to buying something – I was refused. Mr. Johannes took the item from my hand, issued me a ban from the premises, and essentially stated that customers with small children were not welcome in the store. I find this behavior extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect courteous and professional service – especially in situations that could easily be resolved with a little empathy. For this reason, I will not be visiting your store again and, unfortunately, cannot recommend it in its current state. I hope that you will investigate this incident internally and take appropriate action.

The salesman (Johannes) seems to bring his unhappy personal life into his work. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and even rude. I've rarely experienced anything like it in retail. I suspect issuing store bans makes him feel powerful. I certainly won't ever buy anything here again.

The store has a good selection of whey products, protein bars, and everything else a fitness enthusiast could want, which is exactly why we were there. We picked out two bars, greeted the cashier politely, and put them at the register. The employee quoted the price—that was it. No "please," no "thank you," no eye contact. It felt more like a cold, impersonal exchange at a protein black market. I politely pointed out that I found his tone somewhat rude and that a "please" and "thank you" would have been nice, but he either didn't understand me or didn't want to. Either way, that moment unfortunately dampened the shopping experience considerably. It's a shame, because the product range is good, but the service wasn't this time.

Short message Today I was wrongfully banned from the store. This is definitely the last time I will enter the store. I would like to point out that the gentleman who calls himself [store manager] greatly overestimates his position and does not respect me as a customer [customer is king]. He is very rude and verbally abrasive. This kind of behavior should not be allowed in a manager position. Think about this kind of behavior regarding his position, as he repeatedly verbally quoted as [store manager]. The employees are very unfriendly, except for the lady with the glasses. 5 stars for you.

Well my first experience with this store made it the last! I bought a Dymatize Elite Mass and when I got home I found out that it expires in a month, I sent an email they replied after 4 days and they told me that all our products come with such an expiration date !!!!! someone explain this to me ? It's either you're about to shutdown and having a clearance to have all your products expiring in two months or there's something wrong with your products. I'm buying a supplement which should have a longer expiration date not a month or two. Whomever replied to my email should definitely sit for a training again, do something about it. I expect to get my money back immediately or have the product replaced by another one with a longer expiry date, however the way you reacted is unacceptable!
