I took my bike there for an inspection. Apparently, my rear tire was porous and needed to be replaced. Now I have a flat tire on the new one (no visible external damage) and I can't get any more air into it. No help because, according to the employee on the phone, the shop is closing next week due to insolvency.

Super competent and really helpful :) My bike stand had broken off, or rather, the screw had – without an appointment, the staff took the time to help with great dedication. And in the end, I was very happy to be back on my bike with a working stand again. I was really impressed with the support 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I will definitely come back.

I bought my bike from Rad Concept (via Jobrad). After having been to three other shops before, I'm very happy to have ended up here. Here, I feel like I received honest and extremely competent advice. I can 100% recommend this shop and would be happy to come back anytime. The two people in the shop were very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and I had many. They were always super friendly, and I had the feeling they also appreciated someone who was so knowledgeable about the topic. In other shops, they tried to sell me an eBike, but I wasn't 100% convinced. Here, at RadConcept, they first asked me about my requirements and needs and then gave me excellent advice. It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars... I'm very happy and will definitely come back here again and again, even if I have to drive halfway across Hanover. THIS is what I expect from service and advice! Thank you!!!

I brought my bike in for inspection and was promptly informed about the necessary work and expected costs. The consultation was comprehensive, demonstrated a high level of expertise, and the invoice price was in line with market standards. I highly recommend the shop.

I had a problem with my bicycle chain. The mechanic was extremely friendly and immediately helpful. Within two minutes, he was able to free the chain, which was stuck to the frame, and the bike was working again. From now on, I'll definitely go to this workshop for any repairs I need. Thank you!

I ordered a bike online and needed help adjusting the handlebars and attaching the pedals. I called ahead to ask if they could help, and they let me come in right away. The staff were very competent and friendly and took care of everything immediately. Not only was my bike adjusted correctly, but they even gave me some tips on the gears. Besides bikes and bike accessories, Rad Concept also has a workshop next door, which I will definitely use if anything on my new bike ever breaks. I highly recommend them and therefore give them 5 stars! 😁

I was looking for a new city bike and found exactly what I needed here. As a new customer, I received a very friendly welcome and excellent advice. You don't get the feeling of being ripped off like in the big chain stores. The customer service is also very competent. A definite recommendation, not just for the southern part of the city!

1. I am a regular customer at Rad Concept and have already purchased two bikes there for good reason. The service and repairs were good even before the change of ownership and haven't changed. I went in again today and asked about a luggage rack for the front wheel. They explained to me in a friendly and professional manner that there were problems with it. However, they offered me a basket that was more stable than the one I was currently using. After asking for an appointment, they immediately offered to install the basket. After an hour, I was able to pick up my bike with the new basket!!! I am very satisfied with the service!!! They even happily pumped up the air for me at my request without complaint!! The price-performance ratio is also OK!!!!!! The employees are polite, friendly, and very professional, as well as having a sense of humor. I will continue to be a customer of Rad Concept and can highly recommend the company!!!!!!

Highly recommended! I spontaneously stopped by today because of a problem with my chain, and the cheerful and very competent employee was able to help me immediately. For me, it's a completely new experience in the Südstadt district to receive such prompt assistance! Since the very friendly young man couldn't possibly know how delighted I was with this quick service, I wanted to explicitly mention it here! Thank you! My only criticism: An e-bike is advertised for sale in the next shop window while you wait next to your trusty old bike. 😉
