Super friendly staff, which absolutely saved my day after someone bent my front wheel. I'd already been turned away from another repair shop because they weren't accepting any more customers. I arrived at Räderwerk shortly after closing time, and the employee still took a look at my bike and repaired it. Absolute lifesavers with fair prices!

The consultant took a lot of time for me and answered all my questions honestly and transparently. After buying my Brompton, I came back to buy spare parts. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive part, the consultant disappeared into the workshop for five minutes to get me a significantly cheaper, but equally good one. Buying the bike here was definitely the right decision. I'm very happy with my new bike :)

Excellent service! I needed all the sprockets and a chain for a roughly 35-year-old racing bike. The owner had everything he needed, including the necessary tools, and gave me some helpful tips. Three hours later, I had everything replaced. Thank you so much, fantastic service!

Helge Herrmann is a very friendly and approachable company; he goes out of his way to ensure that customers leave completely satisfied. I feel like I've found a new friend. I bought a Milan bike rack – very fair price, top performance and product. Helge wouldn't let me leave until the rack was 100% securely attached to my car. You certainly don't experience that at other bike shops. Absolutely fantastic!
