I used the service for the first time today and I'm completely satisfied. Compared to local garages, I was able to get an appointment at short notice, and all the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. In the end, the price was, in my opinion, fair. From the initial contact to the payment, which even worked with a card, I'm completely satisfied and won't even bother contacting other garages in the future. I'll definitely use them again!

Highly recommended! The agreed appointment was kept perfectly. The repair was carried out very professionally. It's fascinating how even complicated problems were solved in such a short time of 30 minutes. The perfect alternative to traditional repair shops!

Fantastic service! Highly recommended! I had an appointment two days after contacting them, Mr. Jäger arrived perfectly on time, my bike was repaired quickly, and in the end we had a friendly exchange of tips, road cycling anecdotes, and a perfectly reasonable payment! I'd gladly use them again!

I had a flat rear wheel on my bike and needed help. The service here was simply exceptional! After a quick phone call, my bike was picked up the same day, and I was able to pick it up repaired the next morning. It was especially convenient that they even delivered the bike back to me. You rarely experience such fast and customer-oriented service. Thank you so much, Torsten! This will be my first choice for all my bike needs in the future.

Superb service! If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! Mr. Jäger is very competent and repairs absolutely everything to my complete satisfaction. There are bike shops in Hanover that only repair their specific brands, but with Mr. Jäger, it doesn't matter at all; he repairs every brand of bicycle. Appointments are available at short notice and are always kept. He also provides excellent advice and doesn't try to sell you something more expensive. Our family bikes are now only serviced by Mr. Jäger because we know they'll ride perfectly afterward. Another advantage is that he comes to your home or even your workplace in his Sprinter van, so you don't have to take your bikes to a shop, saving you time (which can be a real hassle with four bikes). In short: It simply doesn't get any better!!!

I've never gotten an appointment so quickly. Finally, someone who knows what he's doing! Mr. Jäger arrived on time, was very friendly, and a true expert in his field. The inspection was very thorough and precise. He even brought the necessary parts for the repairs, even though we had forgotten to mention the type of bicycle. We will definitely call again if we have any problems with our bicycles, and we wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Mr. Jäger. The price for two bicycles, including inspections and the major repairs plus parts for my wife's bike, is perfectly reasonable. Thanks again for the excellent service. Update from today: The second repair, this time with two flat tires, was successfully completed. Mr. Jäger arrived again very punctually and was just as friendly as the first time. The price was right. Everything was done perfectly. Thanks again.

I'm very satisfied! My bike was completely checked, and the rear tire was replaced (I had mentioned beforehand that there was a problem with it). They were also able to replace the front tire on the spot, as it wasn't in great condition anymore. Punctual, friendly, and a fair price. I'll definitely book an appointment there again next time.
