I was very pleased with the quick help and excellent service, especially after several well-known bike shops turned me away. (They said, "You didn't buy the bike from us, so we can't repair it!") But Ralph only needed half an hour, and he brought tires, tubes, everything – what a great guy! I highly recommend him.

A clear 5 stars – thank you so much for the fantastic service! Scheduling an appointment and getting advice beforehand was super easy, and even a very short-notice appointment was possible. The quality of the work was impeccable. Ralph is incredibly nice, and I'll definitely contact him again in the future if anything needs to be done to my bikes :)

Excellent service! I highly recommend them. I'm starting a bike tour to the Netherlands tomorrow. Since last weekend, I've had a very aggressive and loud creaking noise in my rear wheel. After a WhatsApp message, an appointment was confirmed, and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much, you really saved my vacation! 🙏 I will definitely recommend them! 👍🏻

I'm very satisfied. A Bowden cable on my bike had snapped – I received help quickly, it was repaired right at my door, and all at a fair price. I can highly recommend Fahrradkontakt Mobil!

I can highly recommend him. I contacted him via WhatsApp and received a quick reply, arranged a very spontaneous appointment, and he even showed up 20 minutes early. I'd give him 6 stars for his prices, service, and friendliness. I'd gladly use Ralph again. 👍👌

Ralph is truly invaluable for people like me who rely on their bikes. He's fast, incredibly friendly, and just a great guy. Since I don't know the technical terms, I send him a message and attach photos of the problem. Then he can load up the right spare parts, and everything's fine. A mobile bike repair shop on a cargo bike. It doesn't get any better than that.

I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Competent, friendly, Ralph is fantastic! My bike is like new. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend him. It couldn't be better. Get your bikes repaired by him.

Fantastic, fast service. I'm absolutely thrilled! I had a flat tire and Ralph came the same day. Within 15 minutes the inner tube was replaced and my bike was ready to ride again.
