Bring your bike here for washing or repairs! The people who work here are highly competent and skilled. You can drop off your bike for repairs WITHOUT an appointment. Thank you for fixing my bike up so perfectly. I was so happy! Thank you!

Today, I arrived 20 minutes before the bike wash opened. When I asked if it was open yet, I was told it was. So much for the joy of his job. I've been coming here for years (unfortunately very irregularly) and have been happy to support this project, as has my wife, who also enjoys having her bike repaired here. Finally, a big compliment to Marco, who not only does his job but does it with conviction. THANKS TO THE TEAM!

Dear Team, I've been using the bike wash for a long time and am very happy to support the whole project. For past experiences, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I've recently had very unsatisfactory experiences. It has happened repeatedly that I've visited the wash around 4 p.m. Well before closing time. The first time, a colleague from the workshop told me that the facility was probably closed due to possible severe weather (but there was no severe weather). Okay, I understand. However, an up-to-date notice online would have been helpful. Today, I again found the facility closed. This time, when I asked, a colleague from the workshop told me: "He's already left..." When I asked if the opening hours had changed, he said no. Still open until 5 p.m. (?!). This is very disappointing; more reliability would be appreciated!

Completely overwhelmed, and that was already in the morning. It's a shame, we used to come here more often. I'll just have to wash my bike myself. I should also mention that this rating has nothing to do with the quality of the laundry.

We get all our bikes washed here and always get a perfect result. It's a shame that the washing facilities are so basic these days. He compensates for this shortcoming with his dedication and hard work. Now the city needs to come up with some ideas on how to resume operations at the old location. Jürgen

We had our bikes cleaned and are very happy with the result ☺️ Sure, there was a wait, but that's just how it is 😬 We left our bikes there and went for a drink while we waited. Very thorough cleaning and very friendly service! Thank you so much 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We wanted to get two bikes cleaned on Saturday. We arrived a little early to avoid a potential long wait in line. Unfortunately, the station wasn't open; they were short-staffed that day. The staff shortage seemed so severe that they didn't even have time to post a notice. The cheeky reply was, "Why don't you check online? The notice is posted there."

Fifteen minutes and my mud-caked e-bike is gleaming like new. Riding over 30 kilometers a day through the Eilenriede forest since the start of the pandemic had taken its toll. With a pre-wash by hand, chamois drying, and oiling of all moving parts... for just €8.50! A bike wash with fantastic service. I'll be back, thank you! Update May 2022: The wash now costs €10. More than justified. Has the quality and care remained the same?

Best bike wash ever! The men here love their work and are very thorough. Highly recommended! You get a sparkling clean bike with an oiled chain and perfect tire pressure.
