Excellent service and helpful advice; I dropped my bike off for a check-up on Monday without an appointment and was able to pick it up again on Tuesday. Highly recommended!

Fast service, fair prices. I took my bike to Alex for a gear shifter oil change and a replacement taillight. I'm happy with the work. It was done relatively quickly, and since the problem was fixed easily, there was no charge for it on the bill. That's just good manners, but unfortunately, it's not standard practice everywhere. The text message notification is also a nice touch. My conclusion after my first visit: I'll be back.

I arrived at 5:44 PM because my bike crank needed replacing. He wasn't just nice to accept the appointment at that time, but somehow he was already finished by 5:50 PM. 😂 The person is super nice (I'm only speaking from my own experience) And I can only recommend him if you need a bike professional in a hurry (even without an appointment) 👍

Thank you so much, Radwerk Alex! 🙏 My Dutch bike had a flat tire. I called an hour before closing time and was told I could come straight in – right now, wow! It took me a little while to walk from the southern part of town. After just a few minutes, it was my bike's turn. It was repaired in no time, and then Alex even fixed the sticking gear shifter, added a missing screw, lubed the chain, and – done, even before closing time. Hats off to him! That's what I call first-class customer service! 🙏 And a real neighborhood shop – the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. While Alex was getting my bike roadworthy, several people peeked over the door and said hello. This service – a real treat for my bike and therefore for me too. It's riding like a dream now! I might change bikes someday, but I'll never change this shop! I might change bikes someday, but I'm definitely not changing this shop! You are simply wonderful, thank you from the bottom of my heart and 10 out of 5 stars! 🌟

Fantastic bike shop! I came in with a flat tire and the problem was solved in 20 minutes – no annoying waiting on hold, no online appointment... It's great that places like this still exist!!

I've visited Mr. Dettke several times since 2017. Still based in Südstadt until 2021, he's been a blessing in Döhren for anyone who needs help with their bike. Even more unusual bikes like lowrider bikes - no problem. Always friendly and with a smile on his face. Great service and fast communication. I've never been without one of my bikes for long. And always up for a joke or two. (I think we have the same sense of humor). I recommend Radwerk Alex to anyone who needs a reliable partner for their annual spring check. (And, of course, for everything else related to bikes.) See you next time.

The bike broke because of the pedal iron and I went here spontaneously. They helped me and I can drive again ! The employees and the biker are very good. I recommend it to everyone, amazing people! (Sorry to touch your flowers with my bike🥲)

Lifesavers! In short: Super fast help with a flat tire, friendly and competent service, and fair prices to boot. A clear recommendation for all cyclists! In long: I got a flat tire on my way to work. Luckily, the shop was just around the corner. I hopped on my bike and asked if they could quickly put in a new inner tube. Even though they were doing another repair, I was able to pick up my bike again just 20 minutes later. They also pointed out a broken ball bearing in one of the pedals. They quickly replaced that too, and I was able to continue my journey home. Super friendly service, advice without any pressure to buy, and fair prices. It's a shame I don't live in Döhren, otherwise the shop would have a new regular customer! Thanks for the quick help in my emergency! :-)

I dropped off my bike two hours ago because the inner tubes were shot and needed replacing. I wasn't expecting such a quick repair, but I can pick up my repaired bike now 😊 My broken pedals were also replaced super fast last year. Highly recommended!! Thanks!!

Highly recommended. I went there to have my gears adjusted. The owner is very friendly and listened carefully to my needs. The price-performance ratio is also very good. After a test ride, they even fine-tuned the settings again. It's great to now have my trusted bike shop just around the corner.
