Over three years ago, I was diagnosed with needing orthotics. After two bad experiences at other medical supply stores, this one was recommended to me. These orthotics, presented as a compromise between standard health insurance and sensorimotor orthotics, have changed everything for me. These "WSD" orthotics have significantly alleviated my symptoms and improved my overall well-being. Yes, there is a considerable co-payment required because health insurance doesn't cover them, or at least not completely, but these orthotics are worth every penny. The orthotics are made of a stable, durable, and long-lasting material. They don't break in the middle after six months—quite the opposite. I only had new orthotics made because the pressure points lessened somewhat after more than a year. The orthotics are still good, but for a better/stronger effect, I bought new ones with more pronounced pressure points. I've now bought new orthotics three times. The team is consistently friendly and competent. Over the past two years, I've met three different employees during every purchase. The employee who handled the initial consultation and order also always conducted the follow-up appointment, during which the insoles were individually fitted to my shoes. They are true professionals and think outside the box. During my most recent insole purchase, the specialist gave me some tips for stretching exercises to further relieve and support my musculoskeletal system. What I particularly appreciated was that at every appointment, I felt completely focused on me and my needs, and that they took ample time to answer all my questions. I never felt like our time was up and I had to leave. I will continue to get my insoles there in the future because they truly help me and because I feel well cared for. The only drawback, which is meant as a joke, is that they only accept cash or debit card payments. :) Thanks to the whole team!

I went there to order and have sensorimotor insoles fitted. The analysis and consultation were very comprehensive and personalized. I'm very satisfied with the insoles. They're helping me tremendously to straighten my ankles and relieve pressure on my knees. All in all, I highly recommend them.

The consultation and fitting process for my sensorimotor insoles was very pleasant: The staff were competent and friendly, and they took plenty of time for me. The insoles fit perfectly and helped after only a short time wearing them. I can wholeheartedly recommend this medical supply store.
