Completely overpriced; various prices at other camping providers are sometimes 20% cheaper, which is also the same as the usual online product prices. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after my purchase. But it's okay; at least I know I won't shop here again.

We stumbled upon this small but excellent shop while searching for an inflatable boat. We received a friendly welcome and proactive advice. The lady was very kind and helpful. Should we need camping or leisure equipment again, we will definitely come back! All in all, Camping Schrader is Hendrik-approved 👍

I went there to have a rivet put on a knife sheath, the seam opened, and then neatly sewn back together. What happened? I was snapped at, told that the gentleman only sold rivets in packs of ten and not individually, that he wouldn't put the rivet on for me, and that he didn't have a sewing machine that could handle that kind of fabric. Both of those things were blatant lies, because the gentleman simply didn't feel like helping me. That's completely unacceptable! I can't recommend this shop and won't be able to retain customers for long with that kind of behavior. I was on the verge of throwing my fist out. People like that are just impossible. At another shop that did the job for me, I was informed that Schrader actually does have that capability. Interesting, isn't it?

We wanted to buy an awning and a awning gate. The saleswoman was very helpful. Unfortunately, the other salesman had no patience. The gate in front of the door was closed at 1:55 pm. I felt very uncomfortable. Another customer was in the middle of a large shopping trip and was just as rudely reminded that he should finally leave.

Great for camping gear! I'm more into outdoor expeditions, so I didn't find much for myself in the online store. But the staff is really friendly and helpful. They even contacted me privately so I could redeem my voucher. Really great! During the pandemic, there are different times when you can go to the store and pick up items. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are also possible there, all very friendly and straightforward. The product range can be found on the website and is definitely not limited. Plus, the online shop is brand new. The selection is constantly growing, and the shop is getting better and better! All in all, fantastic! What more could you want?

Thank you for being there, and congratulations on your 130th anniversary. A great store with capable employees. The product range could be larger in some areas, but you can also get small parts and spare parts that aren't available anywhere else. You just can't do everything. My favorite camping shop for 30 years.

Excellent advice, friendly and highly competent staff who really take their time and are eager to address individual customer needs! We've already bought a lot for our outdoor family vacation and ultimately didn't end up spending any more than we would have online or through discount offers. And all this with superb advice and a great feeling of security! Thank you for ensuring that shops like this still exist, and keep up the good work :-)

Expert advice and, of course, the advantage of brick-and-mortar stores—being able to touch and take home the merchandise immediately—naturally incur higher costs, which must be factored into the prices. Hopefully, consumers will remain fair enough to reward this concept with their purchases for a long time to come, instead of selfishly taking advantage of the advice and then ordering online.

Very friendly and helpful. It offers all the advantages of a specialist shop. If I lived in Hanover, I would shop there more often. Perhaps they should try to attract more attention from the many tourists at the nearby main train station.

Always friendly, very competent advice and a well-stocked store. It's also within easy walking distance of the main train station. Even small requests are fulfilled, and if something isn't in stock, it's quickly ordered. All in all, very pleasant and I'm happy to recommend it!
