Time table says that they are open on thursday 17-20. So I came 19:30 there. But it was not open.

Sometimes it gets very busy, so it's worth arriving early. No matter how complicated the breakdown was, we always found a solution. Free for students :D

My dear friends – I can't remember how many times I've been helped there while others have turned me away (repairs were impossible or exorbitantly expensive). Enthusiasts and experts help EVERYONE who has questions – and sometimes they need a bit of patience because it's full and there's no space available... most importantly: because everyone should own a functioning bike and combustion-free transportation is encouraged, (almost) EVERY bike is repaired so that everyone can move INDEPENDENTLY! No bike is deemed 'unworthy' here as long as it's safe! Learn by doing – DIY is the motto: ask, use tools = happy riding again! And if you have old bikes and new parts don't fit, you can always find something suitable used here for a donation. I wish everyone all the best and hope this project continues for a long time.

I think it always depends on how crowded it is; the help on site is very valuable, but unfortunately sometimes there isn't enough time or staff to help.

Very friendly staff. Highly recommended if you have interest in repairing your bicycle yourself.
