My second visit to this store, and unfortunately, today was very disappointing. I need a pair of black mid-height shoes for work to match my uniform. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything like that. The way the sales assistant spoke to me was also rather condescending. And that's what bothered me most. I won't be shopping here again. What a shame.

I'm thrilled! I went to several shops today, looking for the perfect hiking boot… I was already frustrated, and it would have been easy to be talked into buying something I'd be unhappy with. Instead, I received excellent, expert advice and guidance here. Professional and approachable. This is the kind of specialist shop I'm looking for, and I'm happy to pay for it locally instead of trying to find a supposed bargain online. Thank you!!

The two of us had a really great shoe consultation. They started by asking us what we were going to use them for, then offered us an initial selection from which we could then decide which would fit us best. They then offered suitable alternatives, allowing us to compare different shoes. We've now completed our first five tours with the new shoes, and I'm absolutely thrilled. No pinching, no blisters—just comfortable shoes. I highly recommend this store with its great advice.
