What a fantastic experience! The consultation for our ski boots was simply exceptional. We were advised by a very experienced, warm, and incredibly friendly older gentleman—I think his name was Dieter—and felt completely at ease from the very first moment. He took his time with us, showing great patience, humor, and genuine passion. There was absolutely no pressure on us—quite the opposite: we were able to try things on, compare, ask questions, and learned so much in the process. You could just tell that this was someone with experience, expertise, and a real passion for what he did. In the end, we went home with completely different ski boots than we had originally planned—and we're already thrilled with our decision. This consultation was so positive that we absolutely had to share it. A huge thank you—we would come back anytime and wholeheartedly recommend it! A well-deserved 5 stars on all levels! A truly top-notch shop! The staff is very competent; we always get our skis serviced here. They also have excellent rental skis. The annual ski swap is also highly recommended – you can find some great bargains there. Absolutely recommended!

We've been regular customers of this shop for many years – we use their service, sales, and rentals regularly, and everything is always top-notch. The ski service is simply superb: We've had our entire sets serviced several times (edges, base, structure) – afterward, the skis perform significantly better, grip superbly, and the skiing experience is greatly enhanced. Everything is done quickly, professionally, and with great care – we always leave very satisfied. The rental service is also excellent: The equipment is always in superb condition – almost new or brand new, the quality is clearly above average. There are always plenty of staff, everyone is very attentive and friendly, gives tons of helpful tips, and perfectly assists in selecting exactly the right equipment for your skill level, weight, skiing style, and even the specific slopes. You immediately sense that they treat their customers with genuine honesty and respect – which makes the entire rental process a pleasure. To ensure you can ski completely relaxed and not worry about minor damage to your equipment (of course, you'll always be careful, but accidents can happen on the slopes), I highly recommend adding rental insurance – it's inexpensive and provides great peace of mind. In short: Here you'll find everything you need for skiing, mountaineering, or other winter and travel sports – from skis and snowboards to touring gear, clothing, and all the necessary accessories. A truly unique shop with a great atmosphere, professional expertise, and a whole lot of heart. If Google allowed six stars, I'd give it six in a heartbeat. Absolutely expert advice on choosing the right ski equipment. Rental prices are very reasonable compared to local rental shops. I was also able to use the equipment for longer than agreed. A very large selection of equipment, which is truly unique in the North German Plain.

I've been here several times during the winter season and am always absolutely impressed by the fantastic selection of so many different brands, sizes, and colors of all kinds of winter gear. From ski goggles and helmets to skis, they have everything a winter sports enthusiast could want. As a snowboarder, however, I'm even more thrilled by the selection of snowboard boots, bindings, and boards! Finding this kind of range in a specialty store outside of Bavaria/Austria is rare these days! A big thank you also goes to José for his expertise and enthusiastic advice! This store is by far the best sports shop in the entire north!!

Pretty good sports store with a wide range, mostly focused on outdoors, including snowsports. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and competent and it's possible to find some good specials. Snow sports equipment hire is a big part of the business in the winter months and the prices are generally quite a bit lower than in most ski resorts.
