I've ordered online several times, and everything has always gone smoothly and quickly. :) I was there during the sale and got some great bargains! The staff in the store were also really great, I'd gladly come back anytime. :)

We ordered tracksuits from Adidas, which were supposed to arrive at the beginning of September. To this day, almost three months later, not all of the items have arrived yet. I called dozens of times and asked for information about the order. I spoke to a different person each time and had to provide my contact information (every time). After a long wait, I finally received a delivery date. On the delivery date, I wanted to get in the car and drive off; I called again just in case. Of course, the items weren't there. I was promised on the phone that the boss would call me "right away." Of course, no one ever called. When I finally got the boss on the phone after a long wait, he brushed me off, saying the order was at the top of a higher priority list and would get back to me at the beginning of the week. Of course, nothing came back. Maybe Gösch can't be blamed for the delivery dates, but the service is still a 6-. To this day, I have no idea when the order will finally arrive. Of course, no one ever contacted me on their own. The order has been paid for since the beginning. I would never do that through Gösch again. I've rarely experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Order placed, shipping confirmation one day later, then it took another two days, but that was due to the holiday and DHL, who didn't complete the first delivery – but the shipping speed is really very good, new goods and well packaged, everything perfect and I would order again anytime. Top seller!

Totally disappointing! I went there with my daughter to buy new soccer cleats, as the reviews had been very positive. Although the store was empty, we had to ask for help since there was no salesperson in sight. Then an unfriendly and completely unhelpful salesperson came along, who seemed to have absolutely no interest in helping me and my daughter buy soccer cleats. When we asked about socks, we only received a half-hearted response. I felt as if it was beneath the salesperson's dignity to sell soccer gear to girls. It was very unpleasant, and it was definitely the first and last time I'll ever shop there.

My son needed new football boots, and last Friday we found some at Gösch. We received a very friendly welcome and excellent advice. Finally, an employee who clearly enjoys her job! Plus, we got a fantastic price. I really like the store because it's small, cozy, and easy to navigate. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I would strongly advise against using this business! A jersey was supposed to be flocked within three days, and now, a week and a half later, I still haven't received any feedback. No one answers the phone, and emails go unanswered. The friendliness and competence of the staff in the shop itself leave much to be desired!

Delivery dates are promised very promptly, only to be postponed again after repeated inquiries. The alternative item offered, which was "available for immediate delivery," was not shipped after three weeks despite payment in advance. After repeated inquiries, the delivery date was then stated to be in 1.5 months. Both the delivery date and the response are unreliable. If you're looking for a reliable dealer with whom you can plan ahead, this is definitely the wrong place! Hopefully, the refund process will be smoother.
