I called 5 times within 3 days... didn't reach anyone. When I then went to the store during opening hours, it was closed. The store said it was open at 11:00, but at 11:30, no one was there. No wonder no one answers the phone if they can't even stick to the opening hours. It's a shame.

A branch with extremely incompetent employees who apparently can't even manage to stick to the opening hours. Definitely not recommended! If I could, I'd even give it 0 stars.

I've only had positive experiences here so far. A great selection and excellent advice from Jan. The prices are also very good! I can highly recommend it :)

I went twice: closed at 1:20 PM even though it opens at 1 PM. Then again at 3:30 PM. There was a sign on the door saying: "Be right back." That's why I buy online.

I've been shopping here for several years now, despite the long drive. The excellent customer service is invaluable. They don't try to push anything on me, and even when comparing prices with other retailers, I feel I'm treated fairly as a customer.

Always great! Jan takes the time for each customer and provides information and tips on all aspects of strength training—health, nutrition, and training—very informative! Be sure to bring some time. Just a quick pick-up of whey? I never manage that!

Maybe it's my timing... but when you advertise being open from 11am to 7pm and then you're left standing in front of locked doors with a "Be right back" sign for half an hour or more... great service. No wonder more people are ordering online 😁👍🏽

I too found myself standing in front of a locked door at 11:10. I walked all the way here. This is unacceptable, regardless of competence. Post different opening hours on the door or online. This is a no-go.

Always very friendly, always ready to help with any questions! Anyone can order online, but personal, friendly, and professional advice doesn't come free! The prices are absolutely fair (you only get things a little cheaper online during sales), and the shop is always very well-maintained. I've been going to Jan's for years and haven't once considered switching! I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to every active athlete (or those just starting out) 💓
