Unfortunately we got laughed at (belittled) by two check-out staff after we had been served. I returned and questioned why we were laughed at, the staff unconvincingly tried to talk herself out of it. Germany continues to be a developing country when it comes to customer service. It's infuriating to be treated like an insect. Check out staff has a choice to respond to situations in a kind and professional manner, Unfortunately, a personal attack was chosen. No good day to you Sport Scheck Hannover.

The worst experience ever… feeling robbed ! Manager took off the ticket from the last product and then and pricing it double the price !

Beware, the shop employees will rob you! I was charged twice for the same products, and the excuse was THEY "REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY CARD", so we have to do this again! After clerk (young woman) lied to me, that refund will be back on my credit card after 5 minutes, i called the shop manager, AWFUL AND RUDDEST person EVER, telling me that its my problem?!???! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behaviour, especially from this german manager! Days passed and i still didnt receive any refund! This shop and its emplyees are a disgrace, and arrogant liars!

Among the biggest sportscheck I visited. The lady assisted us very well and gave us good advice. Highly recommended. Make sure you ask to register to their membership card. They offer discounts if you are a member.

I tend to consider this shop to be more of a sports fashion shop than a sports equipment shop and I find the prices to be rather high compared to other similar shops. The service depends on the individual staff member whom you end up with and can range from fully competent to indifferent.

Nice wide variety of sports and camping equipment available. Good winter and outdoor clothes available. Price is a bit higher than regular.
