Absolutely disreputable shop. I ordered 5 balls, and after 2 months the delivery arrived. However, it only contained 4 balls. Since then, there has been no response to emails, and no one answers the phone. Absolutely not recommended. Stay away. I've been waiting for my money for 5 months. 0 stars

I can't confirm the negative reviews. I've ordered from there several times, and the goods were always delivered, albeit sometimes with acceptable delays. However, the new delivery date was always indicated on the delivery notes. In my most recent order, the delivery was split due to different delivery dates. I received an email response to my inquiry about the remaining delivery date within one business day. I'm satisfied with this shop.

Ordered on November 3rd, 2024, delivered on December 4th, 2024. Unfortunately, I received no response to my emails and no one answers the phone. It's actually a very good shop, but customer service and fast delivery times are nonexistent (even though they advertise that in-stock items are shipped within two business days).

I ordered items and was able to pick them up on time within a few days. The quality of the shirts is good, the print is excellent, and the sizes are accurate. While they are difficult to reach by phone, communication via email was quick and easy. Thank you to Mr. Rolfes, I would gladly order again!

WARNING! I waited three weeks for the goods, which should have arrived in 2-3 days. After returning the item, I've been waiting in vain for a refund for quite some time now! I definitely advise against using this shop! I will now be taking legal action.

Fast delivery, but the product only partially matches the description. The return/cancellation process is abysmal. I received confirmation of my return over a week after shipping. Then it took almost four weeks for the refund. The legal deadline is 14 days. No response to email inquiries and completely unreachable by phone.

I'd love to give it zero stars. A completely incompetent store. First, you have to wait weeks for your goods, and only find out by asking that there was supposedly a problem with the product. Then, if you're lucky and someone even answers, you always text a different person. At this point, I doubt there's more than one person working there. The store is completely unreachable by phone. The refund for my return shipment has been taking a while. And now the conclusion of my story: a clear case for a lawyer.

I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. (Delivery time stated as 10-14 days.) The payment went through immediately, but I haven't received any shoes yet and I haven't received a response to my email. I would have liked at least a brief update regarding the delivery delay.
