I really liked it, didn't I? I was incredibly lucky. I dropped my bike off on Tuesday afternoon and it was ready by Thursday evening at a fair price. Before that, I'd been to other workshops in Hanover, some of which wouldn't even accept bikes if you hadn't bought them there. Or, the waiting times were extremely long. None of that was the case here. The two men are incredibly dedicated. I saw different men on each of the two days. Both have been with the team for years. It's not a super-high atmosphere, but you can tell they're people with heart. I've definitely found my go-to bike repair shop.

I‘m an Australian who visits Hanover every year for 2 months, for work. I have a shared apartment and a bike which is now 10 years old. I’ve only recently discovered Stahlross and after being ripped off by bike megastores in Hanover, I wish I had discovered this bike repair store 13 years ago, when I first started working here. These guys are honest and do great work, for very reasonable prices. They don’t open their doors for many hours a day because they work on bikes. I picked up my bike and the guy who served me was up to his wrists in black bike grease. It was clear that fixing bikes was what they do and what they’re passionate about. This store had almost a 5 star rating at my time of writing. Well deserved and easy to recommend.
