Good service. Well-organized. The clothing selection could be larger. But otherwise, great!

Excellent service and top-notch advice from employee Arek. Unfortunately, we only give the cashier 3 stars because he wouldn't give us a bulk discount and wasn't quite as friendly as Arek. Nevertheless, 5 stars (Arek is fantastic!).

I'm new to tennis and needed advice on which shoes to buy. The young man took his time, gave me calm and thorough advice, and even provided some great additional tips. Unfortunately, they didn't have the clay court model in stock, but he checked the carpet model in the other branches and ordered it for me from another location. Super friendly and professional service; I'll definitely come back next time.

I bought a racket; the selection was excellent. I spent a long time choosing it myself. I was disappointed that I had to pick it up from the display case and it had a scratch on it. They gave me a discount, but I wanted the item to be in stock and the samples to be samples.

I didn't feel well looked after in this store. I used a rental racket and explicitly stated that I was a beginner and wanted to test more comfortable rackets due to excessive arm strain. This was barely addressed, and I wasn't offered the opportunity to try out the rackets on-site. A friend, who was receiving advice at the same time, was given the opportunity to test the rackets by another employee. That was disappointing in itself. In the end, we both decided on the same racket. There was a promise that a discount would be given if we purchased two identical rackets. However, when we picked them up, this discount wasn't applied to either me or my friend. We had to point this out ourselves so that it was even checked. In addition, the €40 rental fee was not deducted. When I pointed this out, the response was that I would have to think about it myself. I find that very unprofessional. The test racket offer was supposed to provide advice and build trust when purchasing, but instead, the care was lacking. Additionally, my racket order was initially forgotten, so I had to wait two weeks and inquire several times to have the order re-initiated. Had I ordered online, the racket would probably have arrived within two days. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this store. The staff rarely caters to individual needs and seems disorganized in their handling. If you value expert, customer-oriented advice, you'd be better off going to another tennis shop.

Poor, unenthusiastic service. We had to call three times. The employee preferred to chat with her colleague. Never again.

We received excellent advice on tennis rackets and were able to test them out. The clothing selection could be a bit more extensive, but they do have a selection from every major brand. You'll find everything you need for tennis here.

I paid 37 euros and this is what it looks like after one game! Zero service.

I was extremely impressed by the excellent service at this tennis shop! Even though the shop was closed, the team was kind enough to let me borrow a racket. Their helpfulness and flexibility saved my day. Highly recommended!
