I can only partially judge the store itself, but primarily the owner's behavior. Today, we unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience: Two teenagers, who apparently know the owner, caused a disturbance in front of the store with firecrackers and made inappropriate jokes at passersby. When we pointed out that these teenagers were behaving very disrespectfully and disruptively, the owner didn't take our concerns seriously but rather commented on them ironically. The teenagers were then able to seek refuge inside the store without their behavior being questioned. This behavior left us with the impression that such conduct is tolerated there or at least not seriously criticized. We find this very disappointing and inappropriate, especially when other people feel harassed by it. We hope that in the future, such situations will be handled more sensitively and that respectful behavior will be more strongly encouraged in the vicinity of the store.

Hello fifi 20,<br><br>You probably didn't notice the following, since you left before I could speak with the boys: Because these boys are often in my shop (by the way, I'm not the owner, just an employee, and also not their father or guardian), I took them aside and asked them to explain the situation and apologize to you.<br><br>What I'm wondering, though, is: Why are you shifting your pedagogical responsibility onto me? You told me you're a high school teacher. Aren't you specifically trained to mediate and resolve arguments and conflicts? I've been there several times in the last few weeks to buy new skateboards and some clothing. Each time, my son and I received excellent advice tailored to our needs. The staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for skateboarding gear, whether you're a beginner or a pro xD Definitely 5 stars

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best skate shop around, no joke! Super friendly and knowledgeable advice from people who really know their stuff and are skaters themselves! Everything was totally relaxed and incredibly professional. We bought ball bearings for our inline skates (for skater hockey) about three years ago – they're still running like new and are better than anything we've had before. We got a lot of advice because my son was relatively new to the sport at the time, and I didn't want to buy him top-of-the-line ceramic bearings right away. Thanks to the absolutely fantastic advice, we went for something good; the price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch. The difference compared to other bearings is enormous. He just got new skates, and the original bearings on the expensive skates aren't even close to being as good as the three-year-old, never-cleaned Titus bearings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ... Thanks to the excellent advice, he's really enjoying skating with the great bearings, and he's stuck with it. Absolutely recommended! That's why I had them explain and show me again today how to properly clean the parts before installing the bearings in the new skates, and I just wanted to say a big thank you online! You guys are doing a fantastic job! You don't often find such dedicated people! Honestly: By far the best skate shop around. Keep it up! 🤙🔥

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff! I went with my wife today to buy a board for our son — we got professional help and everything was just great. I even ended up buying one for myself too, haha! 🤣

Hi, my name is ChiChi, and I visited the shop a few years ago and bought a skateboard, and the employees were really cool. I guess you don't have any other option to find a proper skate shop in Hannover. Although if you wanted only cool somewhat expensive clothing in the first place this is for you.
