Super nice store and the staff are amazing. The customer service is extraordinary. The guy named Weidmann did the repairs for my bike and he was very helpful, would recommend for anyone who wants to purchase any bike gears and want to do some repairs.

Nice arena, the test drive was okay and I was happy with the price tags even tho some are a little bit high

Terrible service, the staff are not customer oriented at all! No one approached me to ask if I needed help. When I addressed the sales staff for the help, there were 3 of them, when I asked if anyone speak English, I received a short answer “NO”. Also I asked who could help me, then they started to stupidly ignore me and started pretending not to notice me. 😡🤷♂️ Awful staff, I really do not recommend coming here, and the issue is not even in the language, but in the fact that they did not even try to help me.

You get everything you need in one store and prices are very affordable. I went there because of rim tape issue causing flats. They fixed it in 15mins. Will buy all my gear here.

Although we booked an appointment, we had to wait 20 minutes. Then the sales person only showed us one type of bike and did not let us touch and ride any other, although there are hunderds of bikes available. Very bad experience and such a waste of time.

Absolutely worthless to go here. We bought a bicycle from there and the within a week there was a puncture in the wheel. We went there to get it fixed and the least someone would expect would be to fix it within any charge, or at least put a discount on it. We trusted them and then we were suggested to change the whole tube, which we did, and what happens the next week again, there's another puncture. Due to the Covid19 closure we couldn't go there and get it fixed and I decided to fix the puncture myself, from a kit that I bought from there. And it works for few days and then again gets punctured when I'm stranded 10 kilometres away from home. I'm not going to trust Stradler to do their job. They didn't do it when giving us a brand new cycle, they didn't do it when fixing it, and although there might be questions to my capabilities to fixing a puncture with a kit, they didn't make it easier for someone who bought a new cycle to trust them ever again. In the 3 or so months I had the cycle I have barely used it for a couple week in total. What's the use of buying an equipment if you can't trust it to do what it is supposed to do. And let's not talk about the financing department, that alone deserves a whole new review. I'm extremely disappointed in their services overall and I would rather prefer to go somewhere where I get my money's worth, and service I can trust.
