Highly recommended! The test rides were totally uncomplicated and relaxed – a pretty large selection – exactly what you'd want. The advice was very competent, honest, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You get all the information you need without feeling pressured into anything. Great shop with a genuine interest in its customers.

We received friendly, open-minded, and competent advice from velogold. Test rides were easy, even with a child. The ordering process and pickup were well-organized. During opening hours, we are very easy to reach by phone. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and puts service first. Just come here and you'll be happy! I bought my Bullitt Lizzard King at Velogold and I'm super happy with it. I also visited the store a couple of times, and they take their time and give honest advice. They don't try to sell you the most expensive thing, but the best for you! Plus, the assembly was super quick and very transparent. I especially want to thank Jan for taking care of everything and giving such great advice. I'll definitely be back! 🫶🏼

I've been riding this cargo bike for 10 years now, and it was the best decision I ever made. Whether it's carrying up to 200 daily newspapers, the weekly grocery shopping, or three crates of beer, it's been perfect. During this time, the battery has only needed replacing, and other parts have simply suffered normal wear and tear. I expect to ride this bike for another 10 years, but by then I'll be over 70.

The search for a cargo bike for myself, my children, and our dog led us to Velogold in Hanover. Even the initial contact by phone and email was excellent and very informative. The visit to the store was definitely worthwhile. The staff took a lot of time for us, and the children and the dog were able to try out different models. The consultation definitely deserves 5 stars. And the opportunity for a test ride (around the block) is perfect for trying out the bikes in person! Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
