Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to buy my dream bike (Moulton) in pristine condition and received lots of helpful tips and background information. I had to stop by unexpectedly because of a flat tire: I received immediate help. And not only that. I got excellent advice and was able to ask anything I wanted. I felt valued as a customer in a bike shop. In short: A shop I can highly recommend. Very friendly, very efficient.

During a Friday outing along the Mittelland Canal, I got a flat tire in Anderten. After a quick search on Google Maps, I found the place and came here. It's somewhat hidden in a back courtyard, very unassuming, but I found it. The owner immediately took care of my flat tire, putting aside his own important work to get my bike roadworthy again. After a quick repair, I was able to continue my journey. I really appreciated that and consider it excellent customer service. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

A fantastic and very friendly team with a wealth of experience. They've helped me get my bike back on the road quickly twice now, most recently by replacing a quick-release skewer and realigning a brake disc. The first time, they serviced my bottom bracket on very short notice, something I would have had to wait several months for at the shop where I originally bought the bike. I highly recommend them!

Great service. I was riding my gravel bike in Hanover and got a flat tire in Anderten. Google helped... Or rather, it brought me here. Be careful, the shop is a bit hidden in the backyard, very inconspicuous. The owner immediately took care of my flat tire, so I was able to continue riding after a short while. I'll definitely come here for my next service. Excellent service and fair value. Thank you! 👍

My buddy and I had planned a long bike tour. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire. The tour was almost over, but luckily this bike shop was nearby. We were greeted very warmly and helpfully and given a puncture repair kit, since we thought we could fix the tire ourselves. When the owner noticed we weren't quite sure how to do it, he kindly helped us right away. And all at a more than fair price. A small shop where they clearly work with a lot of dedication and offer fair prices. Service you wouldn't expect and probably wouldn't find in any larger bike shop chain, and certainly not online. Thank you!

I was searching for a specific make/model of a bike for months, mainly because there were only a few left in the country and also because most shops dismissed me when I told them I would like to make the purchase through JobRad and have it delivered to Munich. Plenty of things which made this transaction a difficult one to manage but Nikolaus was very patient, guided me through the JobRad process, always kept in good contact, and made sure I got exactly what I requested. I highly recommend Nikolaus & WeLoveBikes because they are focused on providing a good customer service (this time all through email) and willing to support my (somewhat) unique situation without hesitation. Thank you to Nikolaus and I cannot recommend highly enough to somebody that is deciding on a shop to buy from.
