I took my cyclocross bike to E-Bike Hanstedt for a service and I'm completely satisfied. In addition to the regular inspection, they also replaced the brake pads, chain, cassette, and rear tire. The disc brakes were bled and adjusted. The service was excellent – ​​I especially appreciate the pick-up and delivery service, which makes everything incredibly easy, even though I didn't use it. The price and service are absolutely fair, and the work was completed quickly and reliably. I'm really very happy and can wholeheartedly recommend E-Bike Hanstedt!

We were stranded a few kilometers outside Hanstedt on a bike tour to Hamburg due to a major breakdown (broken wheel hub/repair by the manufacturer required). Mr. Behr picked us up shortly after and drove us to the bus station. And all this as a free service! Hanstedt is lucky to have such a service-oriented company. Thank you again! 😀
