I can only comment on my experience with online shipping and customer service via email, as well as the product (drink concentrate) that I ultimately ordered through Amazon. Product: Great! I love it! (Mango flavor) Online shipping: Shipping to a parcel locker proved extremely difficult. While all the necessary information was provided, it wasn't in the correct order. Customer service: Instead of simply resending the product after our email exchange, which resolved all the issues, I was asked to place the order again. In the end, I just ordered the product again with a single click through Amazon. 🤷🏻♀️
