Excellent advice. The staff takes their time and asks customers what they really need. Unlike other stores, they follow a "standard procedure." Even when a "busload of customers" arrives, the staff remains friendly and very accommodating. And if you need extensive test rides to find your perfect bike, you get more than enough time to test your "bottom" feeling. So, once again, a big thank you to the team for the competent and detailed advice ❣️

Excellent service! Everyone, especially Markus, takes a lot of time for individual consultations! I've been there three times and always felt welcome until I found my perfect bike. A shop run with a lot of passion! Cheers :)

I bought a Kalkhoff Entice 5+ Advance from Zweirad und Service Krake in Harsum and I'm absolutely thrilled! The advice from Markus Fichtenau was excellent – competent, patient, and tailored to my individual needs. I felt very well looked after right from the start. Thanks to his recommendation, I found exactly the right bike for me and am extremely happy with my decision. Top service, a great atmosphere, and a really great team – highly recommended! I apologize for my language, what an awesome shop! 👍 Today I took my Velo de Ville SEB 990 e-bike to the Kracke team in Harsum because of a technical problem. I received such a friendly welcome, the shop was filled with beautiful bikes and a great selection of accessories—my expectations were so much exceeded. But much more importantly, and absolutely worth mentioning, the employee took my bike for a short test ride, tried to solve the problem immediately and competently, and I think it worked perfectly. Then he also updated the software and brought my bike up to date. I was, and still am, thrilled. The workshop was spotless, and all the employees were super friendly and nice. I've only had bad experiences with my bike shop in Hanover so far, but I booked my service appointment for August right away—that's how you win a new customer so quickly. My next bike will be from Harsum, that's a done deal. My next bike will be from Harsum, that's for sure. : ... Thank you so much for this absolutely fantastic and outstanding service.

A colleague recommended the shop to us, and luckily we decided to stop by! We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice. All our requests were met, and questions were answered competently. We were able to pick up our bikes within a week. We received a very warm welcome upon pickup, too; despite the store being full, plenty of time was taken for us. We can wholeheartedly recommend the shop. Great team and a great manager! ☺️ Just thank you!

I first encountered Zweirad Kracke and their service last year. I met Michael Kracke by chance at a bike event in my town. After a few conversations and test rides, I visited the shop to buy my first e-bike. They had a solid, very extensive selection, which I hadn't expected to be so large. I recently had a small repair done on another bike, and it was handled superbly. I'll gladly have my maintenance and repairs done there in the future. Incidentally, I also bought my e-bike there, which I'm absolutely thrilled with.
