I took my e-bike to Reckrad in Hatten for service and I'm absolutely thrilled. The entire process was extremely professional and straightforward, and the friendliness of the entire team was truly exceptional. You immediately feel like you're in good hands. I also got advice on accessories. The advice was competent and helpful, so I found what I was looking for right away and bought something suitable. Everything is just perfect here: service quality, expertise, and customer service. I'd be happy to come back for my next service and can recommend Reckrad without reservation!

We had our bikes inspected here. Even bikes purchased elsewhere are serviced with the same professionalism as their own in-store sales. Afterwards, we received a detailed service report with all work performed and performance data. Absolutely top-notch work, service, and price. The friendly pick-up and delivery service, as well as the overall customer service, are also worth mentioning. We highly recommend Reckrad.

This bike shop was recommended to us by a colleague at work, and what can we say... first-class service, very good, competent advice. We felt very well looked after. They even installed and replaced various components (saddle, handlebars, etc.) until the bike was perfectly tailored to our needs. Great! Thanks! I'll definitely recommend them 👍

Top!!! I've never regretted the decision to buy a bike there. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars. The advice I received when buying my bike was excellent, and everything beyond that was just as great. Questions were always answered in a friendly manner, and accessories were installed quickly. I feel very well looked after there and will continue to come back. Simply a great team 👍

Off-putting advice and unfriendly service. I've never experienced anything like it. We wanted to give a local dealer a chance to buy a new e-bike for my wife. With such unfriendly staff, definitely not. We'd rather drive to another dealer, even if it's a 30 km trip. And then these dealers wonder why people buy online. In response to the owner's reply: There seems to be a mix-up. Our visit was a few days ago. But it's interesting that these kinds of situations apparently occur frequently with you. Owner-operated bike shop, first-class service, excellent and expert advice. They didn't try to sell us a high-end bike, but rather a bike that suited my wife's needs. They even fitted three different saddles and swapped out other components until the bike was perfectly tailored to her requirements. Fantastic! P.S. Our dog loves bike rides! Thank you so much!
