On August 13, 2025, I inquired via email whether Kothke-Bike could repair an Eskute brand e-bike (Polluno Plus model) or, if not, whether a brief confirmation for my insurance company would be possible. On the same day, I was informed that the brand was not carried and therefore a repair could not be offered. On August 16, 2025, I again requested only a brief written confirmation for the insurance claim. On August 18, 2025, I was informed that no certificates would be issued. This request was again rejected on the same day, in what I consider an unprofessional tone, including wording in all caps and multiple exclamation marks. I understand that a company is not legally obligated to issue certificates and that the decision rests with the business. My request was solely for a brief confirmation of the repair's inability or its economic feasibility; this was refused.

Fantastic service with no waiting times – just drop off your bike and pick it up again after they call you back. You can tell that the workshop is run by seasoned professionals with a wealth of experience. Many thanks to the team!

I took our cargo bike to a bicycle repair shop in Hemmingen for repairs, consciously choosing to support local businesses. For €90, they replaced some spokes. Unfortunately, after less than 10 km of riding, the spokes were loose again, some even broken. When I complained, they initially accused me of loosening the spokes myself – a very dubious claim. Despite this strange approach, I was willing to leave the bike for another repair and even have all the spokes replaced for an additional €200. Then I was informed that this work would not be covered by any warranty. This seemed very arbitrary and legally unsound. My conclusion: If you have your bike repaired here, don't expect any goodwill or genuine responsibility for their work in case of problems. It's a shame – I would have preferred to have my bike repaired locally in the long run.

I brought my son's bike in with electronic problems...I got a call after two hours...the problem was fixed...at a really fair price...GREAT...many other dealers wouldn't have even touched the bike. Small...unassuming...but good. I'll be back.

Excellent in every way! The pick-up service arrived on time and even contacted me shortly beforehand, fantastic! The problem was quickly found and repaired at a reasonable price, fantastic! A phone call with a detailed explanation, thank you! And now the bike is even being returned, speechless in the best possible way!

I was really pleased with the service here! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful – you can immediately tell they know what they're doing and enjoy their job. I brought my bike in for a service and minor repairs, and everything was done really quickly and easily. As soon as I dropped it off, they explained what was being done, and I had the feeling they were doing a great job – no pushy talk, no unnecessary extras. After a short time, I was able to pick up my bike, and it now rides like new! You can really feel the difference. The price was also absolutely fair. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable bike service. Thanks again to the team – you do a great job!

Terrible service. I called to bring two bikes in for servicing. I was told they couldn't schedule appointments; it was first come, first served. I have an hour's drive and arrived half an hour before opening, so I was the first one there. The shop was already staffed, and the employee told me to wait until 10:00 AM – okay. At 10:00 AM, I told him what needed to be done – just maintenance – and when I asked when I could pick up the bikes, the answer was: "That could take a few days." My objection that I had a long drive and couldn't come back to pick them up – he didn't care. I think that's extremely poor service. They could have found a more customer-friendly solution, but apparently, they don't see the need. Too bad. I'll just have to find a better, more customer-friendly workshop.

What can I say... it couldn't be better. I brought my son's bike in for a cost estimate. After a few minutes, I was given the price for repairing the brakes and lights, replacing the chain including a new cassette, and two new tires. The price was more than fair, and I was able to pick up the bike the next day. Many thanks to the team. I'll definitely be back.

Very good service. Friendly and helpful staff. The flat tire on the rear wheel of my folding e-bike was repaired within a few hours. To my fellow countrymen, "If you're on holiday in Hemmige-Arnum and have a problem with your bike, you'll love the e-bike shop."
