The arrogant and annoyed manner of the workshop employee prompted me to take my e-bike to HD-BIKES. The friendliness there was vastly superior. See my review on the HD-BIKES website. Unfortunately, I have to give one star, but I would have preferred to give it minus five stars.

Wonderfully quick and expert help in my time of need! After my leased bike (leased from a large bike shop in Hildesheim!) suffered some truly nasty damage that wasn't my fault, Dynamo provided immediate, competent, and very friendly (!!!) assistance. The shop where the bike was leased offered me an appointment next May (it's August now!). Mr. Schrick from Dynamo already knew what I was talking about on the phone (I'm not an expert and was trying to explain the damage somehow) and had several "rescue scenarios" in mind. In short, I'm very happy with this competent help and finally felt that my problem was being taken seriously, because the colleagues from the competition (I had repeatedly pointed out strange noises!) apparently didn't feel responsible. ... I've decided that from now on I'll take my bike to Dynamo for servicing and any other problems, so I can continue cycling safely and happily, because as a frequent cyclist, that's absolutely essential, I think. So, a big thumbs up and my highest recommendation!

Humanity, expertise, and friendliness come together here! You immediately feel comfortable and understood. No rush because the next person is already waiting, but truly exceptional customer service until everyone is satisfied with the result! The consultation was excellent, and the outcome speaks for itself! In today's world of "browse in store, then order cheaply online," every brick-and-mortar store is struggling! But here, you feel so welcome, and the prices are reasonable, that you actually feel good about paying the difference to the online price to financially reward the skilled employees for their dedication. I'll gladly come back!

Dynamo Werkstatt helped us very well when we had a breakdown with our bike on the way to Berlin. We arrived an hour before closing time but they repaired the problem immediately. We've got to Berlin (and back home) without any problems. Thank you very much for your help!
