Excellent service. I wasn't sure if an e-bike would help me get to work, for example. After a phone call with the boss, I took the rental bike home. Since it wasn't quite right for me, I even got another one, which I then paid for through the company bike scheme. The prices are, of course, significantly higher than with online providers. But firstly, you don't know how reputable they are, and secondly, they offer hardly any service. So, in that respect, I think their offers are quite reasonable. In short: I would buy/lease there again.

Everything is just right here! From the competent advice and uncomplicated booking to the perfectly executed eMTB tour with competent and friendly guides. If it were possible, I would give more than 5 stars. 100% recommendation!

Excellent service (e.g., free loaner bike while your own bike is being repaired, and quick appointments at the repair shop) and very friendly staff (both on the phone at the main office and in the shop). I'm a new customer and would definitely come back next time.

I bought a FOCUS e-bike today and I'm very happy with it! I received a very friendly welcome and excellent advice. I can definitely recommend Harzer E-Bike Hildesheim! 👍👍👍😉 The store manager, Anja Binder, explained everything to me in a superb and professional manner when I handed over my FOCUS JAM² e-bike, and answered all my questions about the bike very clearly and kindly. I've definitely found the e-bike dealer in Hildesheim that perfectly meets my needs, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them! If you happen to be shopping in downtown Hildesheim, I'd recommend popping in and seeing for yourself! You won't regret it! Best regards, Thomas!

I can highly recommend this bike shop. We had our two e-bikes (Moustache) serviced and repaired there, and the service was incredibly friendly. They work by appointment (it's worth calling ahead), and the service for repairs and maintenance is excellent at absolutely fair prices. Harzer E-Bike has four branches: Hildesheim, Seesen, Einbeck, and Goslar, and they stock very high-quality bikes. Thanks @Martin for the great advice and Anja for the exceptionally friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered two e-bikes that I was interested in buying new and had them delivered to the Hildesheim location – it worked out perfectly! I was able to test ride both bikes at my leisure. Anja went to great lengths to give me the instructions; she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to her excellent advice, I was able to make the purchase decision very easily – and quickly. I was truly impressed with the service from this company! Anja provided super friendly advice, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The purchase process was also completely seamless. Super friendly, from scheduling to pickup. I received excellent advice and service from Ms. Binder in Hildesheim. I can definitely recommend her. We had a lot of laughs, and during the test drive, my husband even served as collateral. So, you can have a lot of fun with her. She answered all my questions and even gave me helpful tips. I'm simply thrilled.
