I highly recommend HD Bikes. If you value competence, motivation, friendliness, and good service, bring your bike there. I felt very comfortable and welcome on the phone. On site, I was greeted with a smile, a friendly approach, and a quick turnaround. My gears needed to be adjusted. Dropped off Friday evening and picked up on Monday. Great. Excellent value for money, explained what was being done on site. A quick chat, and questions answered. Now I'm looking forward to my vacation. Keep up the good work. And for all bike lovers and friends of service, competence, and friendliness, support this fantastic workshop in our beautiful Hildesheim area.

Excellent advice and very fast repair. I arrived, dropped off my bike, and was able to pick it up again an hour later. Great service and helpful advice. Highly recommended!

I took my e-bike there and was a bit pressed for time because the Highfield Festival was coming up, and I always take my bike with me. My hydraulic brakes needed to be serviced. The receptionist was very friendly, and I was able to leave my bike there right away. After three business days, my bike was ready, and I was able to pick it up. The price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable; the invoice was sent via email. I felt in good hands there and will continue to bring my e-bike to HD-BIKES. Thanks again to the whole team; I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely brilliant! The gears on my beloved bike were malfunctioning, and I couldn't ride it properly anymore. The gentleman, who was very friendly and competent, fixed it the same day! The price was excellent too! I was even able to pick it up the same day. Now I know where to go if I have any more problems! Thanks again so much!

Bought a used bicycle at an inflated price. Many defects only become apparent after some time. The gears are faulty. The broken kickstand was amateurishly repaired.

Trustworthy and competent advice. Additional services offered free of charge. They cooperate with the police regarding stolen bikes. Used bikes even come with a one-year warranty. I received prompt and straightforward assistance. I'd be happy to come back!

The shop and service was great. The owner was super friendly and passionate. We bought our bikes and love them. Highly recommended.
