Yesterday, we had a consultation with Mr. Kuhlemann about a children's bicycle. The consultation was excellent; Mr. Kuhlemann came across as very genuine and knowledgeable. He didn't try to push anything on us at all costs. He took the time to address our questions and needs. Unfortunately, the bicycle we wanted wasn't in stock, so we ordered it the same day and will pick it up at the store. The store was very tidy, well-organized, and easy to navigate. It's a shame the building isn't larger so that more of the online selection could be displayed. We would definitely shop there again!

I've never met such wonderfully dedicated professionals in a store before. From the initial consultation to picking up your bike, you feel completely at ease! I had a few special requests for my bike, which the workshop team implemented brilliantly! You guys are fantastic! Thank you so much! You clearly love your products and it shows! I should give you 10 stars.

Unfortunately, Click & Collect didn't work for me. However, a quick phone call was all it took to place the order over the phone without a deposit – the bike was immediately reserved for four days. A particularly positive aspect: A LuckyGuide called me shortly afterward and openly informed me about a small paint chip on the frame. As a gesture of goodwill, I received a bicycle helmet – very transparent and customer-oriented. The pickup went absolutely smoothly. As an added bonus, the LuckyGuide even asked at the end if he should inflate the tires. Truly excellent service!

A good selection of bicycle bags, and the prices were the same as in their online shop. However, the advice was nonexistent – the salesperson didn't know anything. He also showed no interest in making a sale. The customer restroom was very clean, though, and the cashier was very friendly.

I picked up my new bike here this weekend. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of bikes is huge, and the prices are reasonable. HOWEVER, upon delivery, they stick an advertising sticker on the bike—extremely bright in color and not easy to remove. It's one of those stickers that shatters into tiny pieces when you try to peel it off, no matter if you heat it or try to remove it with a sticker remover. The result after removal: nasty scratches. So, stop this nonsense. Advertising on bikes is not welcome. If you want to put advertising on bikes, talk to us, and we'll find a solution that satisfies both the seller and the buyer. Just doing it without any warning is really cheeky. Unfortunately, I'm deducting two stars for the sticker and the resulting scratches.

We feel well looked after here. When we picked up our bike, which we had ordered online, we received extensive and competent instructions. The young woman was very knowledgeable. Even a minor issue was resolved quickly and easily by Luckybike. We would like to thank the entire team.

Beware of leasing! They don't quote the advertised price in the contract, but rather the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)! In my case, the advertised price for the previous year's model was €4399, but the contract was supposed to use the MSRP of €5499 for calculation! That quickly adds up to €15 per month. I only found this out after asking... Very poor practice! And the price had been like that for at least a week... "only today."

My husband and I both bought an e-bike today and are thrilled with the great advice we received. Even though it's a Saturday, they took the time we needed for each of us. We didn't have to wait long for advice. Great...and when we wanted to buy a hitch mount that wasn't available, they did everything they could to get one for us. Thank you so much.
