I've taken two courses so far (VHS Archery: Find Your Target) and am very impressed with what I've learned, even though I've been archery for 20 years. A truly first-class instructor with a wealth of expertise. I can wholeheartedly recommend him and will definitely attend another course.

A highly experienced A-level coach (national level). I particularly appreciate Hubertus's calm demeanor and his extensive expertise in all archery disciplines, especially in mental training. In 2022, I was frustrated enough to give up archery, but in 2023, thanks to Hubertus's training, I qualified for seven German Championships in various associations and disciplines. It doesn't get any better than that! His advice on equipment and tuning is also first-rate. Highly recommended.

Excellent advice and excellent instruction (at the adult education center) under Hubertus's direction. I shot with him for two years and was continually provided with new tips and equipment tailored to my skill level. I highly recommend it!

In short: excellent advice and support. Hubertus is a very attentive trainer with extensive expertise and excellent powers of observation and analysis, and that applies to all bow classes, including 3D! The 190 km (one way) I regularly drive to see him is well worth the money! P.S. I'm not a big competitive archer, but I always want to know exactly what's going on. And that's exactly where Hubertus meets my needs. And his advice regarding equipment is excellent – if I'd gone to him right from the start, I would have avoided a lot of detours and bad purchases!

We had a wonderful private lesson, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We first received a very clear introduction with lots of practical tips, and then we got down to business. Thanks to the great support from Mr. von Schilling, we immediately had a sense of achievement: we struck gold! Our 11-year-old daughter didn't want to stop. As soon as we're back in Hildesheim, we'll treat ourselves to another entertaining, sporty afternoon. A brilliant alternative to swimming, mini golf, and the like.

At von Schilling Archery, you'll find a fantastic selection for beginners and advanced archers, as well as expert advice in all aspects of archery. The courses offered allow both beginners and experienced archers to further improve their skills thanks to Mr. von Schilling's years of experience as a trainer. Even as a complete novice, I was able to learn the basics of archery within just a few hours thanks to his help.
