Great shop! Very friendly team, good selection (despite the relatively small sales area) and fair prices. Especially in terms of advice, they are significantly better than many of the "bicycle giants" in the region.

The pleasant atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entering – a young, motivated team that is not only friendly but also really knowledgeable. The advice was excellent: They took plenty of time to understand our needs and show us various options without trying to push anything. You can feel that there is a real passion for cycling behind the wheel. Our questions were answered competently, and we received valuable tips that went beyond the purchase. In the end, we not only found the perfect bike, but also felt like we were in good hands at all times. If you value honest advice, competent service, and a friendly team, this is the place for you. The initial telephone consultation was helpful in itself. My visit today confirmed that initial impression. I was provided with a rental bike for the entire weekend, and I will definitely NOT!!! search the internet for cheaper offers. I'm just as happy that we still have businesses with their own workshops. It's just as worthy of support when young people have the courage to start their own business.

We went there on a whim because a pedal on our child's bike was broken. We were served immediately and very kindly, and the pedals were replaced within 10 minutes. Simply fantastic service, thank you!

Excellent service, friendly and genuinely helpful. I brought in a broken bike and was able to pick it up the next day, even though there was a 14-day waiting period. Here, the customer is truly king. I would even give 6 stars if I could.

My gear cable broke. I spontaneously showed up at 9 a.m. and was able to leave my bike there immediately, despite them being fully booked. Lucky me! According to the staff, it's better to call ahead, as the waiting time can sometimes be up to two weeks depending on the workload. In the afternoon, I received a text message notifying me when it was ready for pickup. Friendly team and excellent service. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Owner-operated bike shop/repair shop with fast service and fair prices. Communication was on equal terms (I've had different experiences in other shops). They patiently explained to me what work was done in the workshop and why. I also received helpful tips. Absolutely recommended and my new go-to shop!
