I haven't received any refunds for the contributions I made during the coronavirus-related closure. In the meantime, insolvency proceedings have been initiated, so it seems hopeless.

I'm also still waiting for the refund of my coronavirus contributions. It's simply outrageous. Has a class-action lawsuit been filed yet, or has anyone had experience with a lawyer who could take a closer look at this?

Update March 21, 2023 Still no response... I would also participate in a class action lawsuit. Update January 18, 2023 No one answers... only the voicemail picks up... I guess I'll never see my money again... Update: December 23, 2022 I still haven't received the money. I've been trying to reach someone there for days. It's always just the answering machine saying I should call between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., even though I call during that time... August 2022 I have the same problem as everyone else here. I canceled in January 2022 and since then I've called several times asking when I'll get my refund for the months affected by the pandemic. I'm still a student, and for me, that's a lot of money. I keep being told they'll double-check it and transfer the money as soon as possible, and if I haven't heard anything within the next week, I should call again. This has been going on since January. The actual Easy Fitness studio in Delmenhorst, where I was a member, said they can't help me because it's changed ownership. It's outrageous! You're so accommodating and keep paying despite the lockdown to support the studio, but you're just being cheated and strung along.

Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same issue as many others here: no refund of contributions made during the COVID-19 closure, despite a ruling by the Federal Court of Justice. Calls are ignored, and now even during business hours, only an answering machine picks up. If so many customers are affected, would a class-action lawsuit be worthwhile? Are there any other suggestions?

A complete rip-off. Emails go unanswered, and no one responds to phone calls. The COVID-19 contributions still haven't been refunded. It seems the only option is to get a lawyer involved.

This has once again confirmed my distrust of gyms. Defying a Federal Court of Justice ruling is truly audacious. First a change of ownership (Renscheid), then the empty promise of payment – that's anything but reputable. What's next? Bankruptcy?

Same problem as everyone else. Attempted SCAM!!! The enforcement order has been issued. Go to a lawyer, it's worth it. Not with me! No services, no money. easy fitness studio Bückeburg Well, what can I say, I'm in the upper hand, Mr. Porsche driver! 👉👌

This place is the worst. I've been trying to get my fees back since November 2021, because the studios had to close due to the coronavirus. They're just stringing me along and lying to me. Sometimes it's the accounting department's fault, then the amounts have supposedly already been paid out, and then suddenly the requests are too high. This place is a terrible joke. Written correspondence is answered after 3-4 weeks, and then they come up with different excuses by phone. They're really just after the money; if they want something from you, it has to happen quickly, but conversely, they don't feel obligated to do anything. By the way, I still don't have the money to this day. I never want to have anything to do with them again.

It's a disgrace. No response to correspondence. Although the correspondence revokes and prohibits direct debits, the debits continue diligently for the time being. Answers? No response! Answers? No response! The owner isn't at all interested in his members or their concerns.

Customer letters aren't being responded to; I waited for months and then had to deal with it again. During the lockdown, the membership fees continue to be collected. I had initiated a chargeback because the studio has been closed for months. And I promptly received a reminder. But unfortunately, no one is available. Neither by phone (a total of six calls from me and my husband) nor via Facebook. However, I did receive my cancellation confirmation via email. I'm (unfortunately) still registered in Delmenhorst. I will never register with easyfitness again. I will also advise everyone against it. I've been registered with several gyms. But I've never experienced anything so customer-unfriendly.
