Extremely competent and friendly service! I needed new running shoes and Kenneth gave me fantastic advice. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and in the end, I even got a discount because I found some other great items. I'll definitely be back :)

I found the service incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was there today to buy two zip-up jackets. Excellent advice, they immediately gave me the right size for trying them on, and the conversation was very friendly and humorous. For me, it was a fantastic shopping experience, which is so important, especially in the clothing retail sector. I would choose this store over online shopping any day. Thank you!

I'm not usually one of those customers who immediately leaves a review, either negative or positive. So, I'll make an exception: a truly great store with a large selection and fair prices. Plus, friendly, courteous, and very attentive staff. I've experienced things differently many times.

A great Intersport store with a wide selection for "real athletes"! They don't just offer the run-of-the-mill, off-the-shelf range. The running shoe selection, including foot analysis, is particularly impressive! Just like the selection of caps :-)

A small shop, but very nice... I found exactly what I was looking for here, and at a reasonable price... The staff is very polite and helpful....

So far, I can only speak from my experience with a phone call. The consultant was very open and friendly, which is exactly what you expect from a salesperson. And I don't usually leave reviews after a phone call. Now, to the real reason for my 5-star rating. I'm currently facing the dilemma that my son has outgrown his children's shoes, but there aren't any men's shoes available in his size. Any parent of a runner will immediately understand what I mean :). I received excellent advice and was informed about which women's shoes were in stock and that I could come in for an appointment. What's crucial for me, however, is that he said I would certainly have better luck with a competitor, and that showed me that the athlete, not just profit, is the priority here. This is what prompted me to write this review. If I decide to visit the store for an in-person consultation, I will, of course, update the review.

Fantastic and professional advice! I would shop there again anytime. I went there to buy running shoes. First, they performed an analysis using questions, exercises, and a footprint while walking. Based on this, they suggested shoes for me, and when I tried them on for the first time, I walked through the store. Again, they kept a close eye on me and carefully examined my running style. It felt like it took me two hours to decide, and at no point did I feel rushed or like I was being sold a pair of shoes. Many specific questions were answered or discussed with me.
