Unfriendly at every drop-off or pick-up of packages, always looking for reasons not to accept them! At pick-up, the standard response is: "We don't know, we'll have to check, you'll have to wait." This is not what customer service and friendliness should look like.

Excellent advice. Every shoe from here fits perfectly and is a joy to wear. We've always found everything we need for football here. Fair prices complete the package.

1 star because 0 isn't possible. If an owner doesn't know basic rules of politeness, they're probably not the right person to deal with customers. His unfriendly attitude made me leave the store after less than two minutes. What a shame.
