I have no comparison to other "bike fittings." The work was carried out in a pleasant atmosphere with expertise. They took plenty of time to find different settings on the bike. After adjusting the saddle, I actually felt more comfortable, and longer rides are now much more relaxed. I can also recommend it to recreational riders!

A really great, friendly team. My gear cable snapped, and they took care of it right away. It wasn't long before closing time! Everything was adjusted perfectly ☺️👍 So I was able to finish my tour. When I need a new bike, I'll definitely check them out 😉

We worked on the handlebar and seat position in four steps, and I was very surprised how small changes affected posture and comfort. Afterwards, I rode 30 km and felt a huge difference.

Thank you so much for the bike fitting! They took a lot of time, explained every step, and clarified the measurements. Plus, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. I haven't had any knee pain since, and my riding position is much more comfortable overall. 100% recommended for anyone considering it.

Great experience! A friend recommended this bike fitting to me, and I'm absolutely thrilled! From booking the appointment to the end, everything was perfectly organized and executed. Bastian took plenty of time to find the perfect riding position. I noticed the improvement immediately and would have loved to go for another ride that evening to test out the new experience. Such great, personal service on-site is incredibly valuable. This will be my number one shop from now on 🚴🏼♀️

I've been a very happy customer at Klein's bike shop for over three years. My old bike dealer recommended it, and I figured he should know. He was right: good advice, plenty of time for questions, and good value for money – what more could I want? Oh yes, and they have a good café too.

As an avid cyclist, I'm always on the lookout for a reliable bike shop that meets my needs. I'm happy to say I've found this one! I had a problem with my Trek Madone SL6 and needed it repaired as soon as possible. Even though they were fully booked, the owner personally found the time to repair my bike immediately. The repair was perfect and completed very quickly. The service was very friendly and professional. I'm very impressed with von.klein's service and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and reliable bike shop. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back, thank you!
