I offered them a high-quality e-bike for purchase. The price would have been a steal for them, but they talked complete nonsense and wanted to get the e-bike from me for next to nothing. Totally disreputable company!!!!

I leased an e-bike through JobRad there. Excellent advice. I tested several bikes. They catered to all my needs. I can highly recommend them.

I bought a Qio e-bike, or rather, ordered it through JobRad and online. The process went very smoothly, and everything was quick and straightforward. Upon pickup, we received excellent advice and a great introduction. A very competent, reliable, personable, and friendly bike shop. I would recommend it without reservation. 😊😊😊

I can only agree with the positive reviews! I was here for the second time yesterday because my gear shift needed to be adjusted and the screw on the bike stand was absolutely stuck, so I needed to replace it. Both were completed within a short time, even though I didn't have an appointment! This meant I could ride my e-bike straight home to Wedemark without having to resort to buses and trains... Thanks again!

My neighbor told me about Radhof Engelbostel. A severe wobble and a broken spoke in my rear wheel were making for a less than ideal ride. One phone call, I dropped off the bike that same day, and picked it up the next day. Everything was fixed perfectly, and even the stiff gear shifter was a thing of the past. My wife's bike had the same experience a few weeks later, and the process was exactly the same. All this, combined with a totally fair price, makes me give them 5 stars. You deserve more! Thank you!

Our whole family has already bought one here, and I highly recommend it. I got my new one through Jobrad Leasing, and the service is top-notch. I was offered coffee and had a pleasant conversation. Friendly and with a good sense of humor. Excellent.

I was able to drop off my Fischer bicycle for a service without an appointment and pick it up after just two days. Beforehand, the brakes weren't working properly and the gears were barely shifting. After the bike was properly adjusted and the brake pads replaced, it works better than new. I was also able to buy a new helmet while I was there, and they helped me adjust my riding position. Overall, it's a very good shop and the prices are fair.

"The customer is king" – no longer a thing in the service desert that is Germany? Absolutely not! Here, you won't get ripped off or feel like you would have received better service elsewhere. Quite the opposite, in fact. It's truly astonishing how much work is still done here as a matter of course. Where else in one of those huge showroom bike shops have you ever seen the balls in a ball bearing replaced? Probably not, because the service staff there likely don't even know how. Here, someone loves their job and lives it, and at very fair prices. My in-laws wanted an e-bike but only had less than €2,000 per bike to spend. Their first stop was, once again, this unassuming bike shop in Engelbostel. They've been happily riding their used e-bikes for two years now. NUMBER ONE WHEN IT COMES TO MY/HER BIKE! The service at a bike shop isn't apparent when you buy a bike and they're trying to make a quick buck. Discount bike shops can do that just fine, too. But if something breaks, you quickly realize whether they're genuinely interested in helping you or just treating you like a paying customer. My recommendation after 10,000 km of experience with a company bike scheme: play it safe and go to Engelbostel! If you're interested in a company bike, you can also get yours here. But please don't tell anyone, otherwise I'll have to book my next maintenance appointment! 😁

I found my e-bike there at the beginning of the week, thanks to the honest and detailed advice from Mr. Ismail Jr. I'm completely satisfied and can only recommend the bike shop! And the bike was delivered directly to my home. That's service! I've already cycled almost 120km in two days.
