I've been there several times to drop off my e-MTB for servicing or repairs. The workshop staff generally try their best, but in my opinion, they seem a bit disorganized, which is the least of my problems. About two to three weeks ago, I dropped off my bike to have a new derailleur and tubeless tires fitted. The estimate was around €400 – expensive, but acceptable to me. After almost two weeks, I received a text message informing me that two screws had broken off the Bosch CX motor during its removal. The same bike had been there for a complete service at the end of 2024, including a service report, and everything was fine then. When I went to pick up my bike today, I discovered that neither the tires nor the derailleur had been fitted. After the long wait, I got a bike back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The workshop staff were aware of the bike's condition and refused to charge me for it. The owner was there, but he still insisted on a payment of €80 – simply for removing the motor. Nothing was actually repaired. I understand that as a self-employed person, you have ongoing costs like employee salaries, rent, and business expenses. However, I also know that this kind of behavior drives away good customers. In such a case, you should show some leniency, but some people really have no business sense. I will avoid this shop in the future and can only recommend buying or having your bicycle repaired elsewhere.

I had both my e-bikes inspected and repaired at the workshop; the team was absolutely top-notch. Scheduling appointments was perfect and they were kept, the service was perfect and everything was repaired correctly, the advice and communication were perfect, and the price/performance ratio was perfect. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I've never experienced anything like this before – a bike shop that closes at lunchtime. That's outrageous! No wonder they have no customers. It's a shame, I work nearby and would have stopped by 8 am to get some information, advice, or help with buying something. I won't be recommending this bike shop to anyone. It's a pity you can't give -2 stars.

Since moving to Langenhagen, I've taken my bike there for repairs. I'm very satisfied with the quality and service of the repair department. The guys do a great job. I can definitely recommend their repair department.

We spent three days trying unsuccessfully to patch the inner tube (see picture), which unfortunately must have broken during installation... After we got a tube of the appropriate size from a competitor, but couldn't install it because it was a carriage (officially a moped) tire, we only realized at home that 16 inches isn't 16 inches. Today, we received immediate and straightforward help at Krüger. Everyone was super nice, and if another one breaks, we'll save ourselves the hassle and just come right away. They definitely look for and find solutions here! Thanks again for that :)

I was there on Thursday and asked about a cassette and chain for my e-bike. The friendly employee said we had both, and if you brought your bike over to me today, I'd install the parts for you! I then picked up my bike, and then, just like a man, my bike was repaired. I'd like to personally thank you again for that. Great service, keep up the good work! Best, Michael

The inspection was more expensive than JobRad had quoted and, compared to competitors, not as thorough as I expected. When I picked up the bike, the kickstand was loose (it had been tight before), the gears weren't perfectly adjusted, and it felt like the wheel hadn't been properly spoked. The fact that the saddle height was also adjusted is a minor point. It simply needs to be back to its original position when I return it. How they tested the battery and lock without a key is beyond me. In my opinion, that's part of a complete service. For the casual cyclist who just wants a little chain lube, it's probably fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for the more enthusiastic cyclist with high standards.

Very nice bike shop and very helpful. I had the problem that my bike had to be shipped to Langenhagen Airport in a box, and I didn't have a car. The shop was very accommodating! You rarely find such service these days.

My last visit to the repair shop was fantastic. I had a problem with my front wheel on my way to work and rode to the shop before it opened to drop it off. An employee was already waiting at the door and immediately took care of my problem. The rest of the experience was incredibly service-oriented. They asked specific questions, engaged in a dialogue, and offered advice and recommendations via WhatsApp. By the end of the day, my bike was repaired and had been given back with some useful additional work done. It was even given a bit of a clean and was practically gleaming. They also offered to deliver the bike to my nearby office if I couldn't pick it up myself. Thank you so much for this first-class service!

Detlef Eichler and the team at Zweirad Krueger were the only bike shop in Hannover that would repair my Babboe Cargo bicycle. I had visited 10 shops and no one would take the time to fix my bicycle. Detlef made sure he got the parts delivered and repaired the bicycle as soon as the parts arrived. I am so grateful that he made this happen. Thank you so much for helping. They have the best customer service from any bike shop I have found in Hannover.
