Everything was done in just 20 minutes, and my bike was in much better condition than before! Fantastic service, incredibly friendly and competent. I recently purchased and repaired a bike at Fahrrad Hoffmann and am completely satisfied. The team is extremely competent and provided excellent advice on all aspects. Each of my questions was answered patiently, and the recommendations were always tailored to my individual needs. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly and courteous manner of the entire staff and Ms. Pllana. As a customer, you feel in good hands; your wishes and concerns are taken seriously and implemented flexibly. My bike repair was carried out quickly and professionally. Here, too, the individual steps were explained clearly, so I always knew what was being done. Conclusion A very competent team, excellent advice, and responsive service make this bike shop highly recommended. I would be happy to come back!

They took the time to explain the necessary work to me in detail, and the timeline was reliably adhered to. The repair itself was carried out professionally and cleanly – my bike now runs like new again. I was particularly impressed by the honest advice and the fair price-performance ratio.
