I've been taking my bike here for servicing for years. Everyone is always very friendly, reliable, and competent. I appreciate that they call if any new problems arise. Fair prices, as far as I can tell as a layperson. I feel my bike is in good hands here. We've even bought a new bike here before. The advice we received was also thorough and excellent. I can highly recommend Radhaus-Sturm. Thank you for your work! I think a bike rack in front of the shop would be nice for customers.

An incredibly great shop. A huge selection of bikes and accessories. I'd especially like to highlight the incredibly competent advice from both the sales staff and the mechanics. They really take their time to help you find the right bike and also advise you on the saddle. Impressive! Thank you!

I've bought several bicycles there and also had them repaired there. The service and advice are simply superb! As a customer, you feel very well looked after and always in good hands! The staff are very friendly and helpful! This is truly a specialist shop and not an anonymous wholesaler. Quality is paramount here. I look forward to continued good cooperation!

I took my bike in for a major overhaul and tube repair three weeks ago. They also noticed that the spokes weren't properly tensioned. I thought that was a good thing, as I hadn't noticed it before and it gave me the feeling that they were really looking into it. Two days later, I received a call saying that the rear light needed to be rewired and that they needed a permit, as the cost would exceed the quote by more than 10%. Another definite plus for me as a customer. That way, I don't end up with a higher bill. And then the bike was ready in two days instead of three. Top-notch service at a very fair price. Thank you very much :)

I (unfortunately) didn't buy my company bike here. But I was able to bring it in for servicing. Simply fantastic – great communication and top-notch advice. I'll definitely buy my next bikes here. Thank you so much for the excellent and honest advice. Highly recommended!

The first conversation was super informative and friendly. I picked out a bike, and according to the salesperson, I could test ride it in two days! I went back two days later and it hadn't been assembled :(. After contacting them, I was assured I could test ride it the following week. I left my number and waited for a call when it was assembled. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for three weeks now and still haven't received a call. It's a shame; I'll look for another bike shop now.
