I was always very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the shop has been closed since February 1, 2024, and the owner has confirmed that it will not be reopening. They also couldn't recommend an alternative repair shop nearby for my Niu e-scooter. It's a real shame for Lemwerder.

Excellent bike repair shop. I was able to drop off my bike here at short notice because the gears needed adjusting. It was done very quickly, and they also replaced the rear brake pads because they were worn out. Top-notch service and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the shop will probably be closing soon due to retirement – ​​a real shame!

Super fast service. The rear wheel on my son's e-bike was broken. We were able to pick it up again within a day. That's what I call good service. I would use them again anytime.

I saw a balance bike on eBay Classifieds. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and seemed trustworthy. I transferred the money without any security deposit and they even delivered the balance bike to my aunt's doorstep. Fantastic service! We live near Kiel and wouldn't have been able to buy it otherwise.

Very friendly staff. They do excellent, affordable, and fast work. The advice is top-notch. They cater to customer requests. I always enjoy taking our bikes to Lembike.

If it takes 4 weeks to re-spoke a rear wheel, that's not professional, and then it's such that you can't even inflate the wheel with a normal air pump.

I got a flat tire on my Weser Cycle Tour and called 15 minutes before closing time. Since I hadn't serviced my rear wheel in six years, I had them replace the inner tube and tire at the same time. They also replaced my worn-down brake pads. They mentioned that there was also some play in the hub, which I was then able to have repaired at home. We were able to continue our Weser Cycle Tour after 45 minutes. The service was quick, straightforward, professional, attentive (they even suggested some maintenance on my bike), and friendly. I wish the two guys continued success in their work.

I took my high-end e-bike to the shop for tire repairs. The tire had to be ordered and took a few days. I kept getting put off, all because of Covid-19—nonsense! The owner immediately questioned the quality of my Mowena folding bike (a Mowena e-bike costing €2798) and simultaneously demonstrated folding bikes from his own stock. Furthermore, an inspection was carried out during the tire change. Since my bike was at Movena the following day, it was discovered that the paid inspection had been very inadequate or not performed at all. I absolutely cannot recommend this shop. The six very positive reviews were certainly written by friends of the workshop.
