Whether it's wheel building or just a quick fix with a missing screw, they're here to help! From drop-off to pick-up, they're incredibly friendly, technically flawless, and all topped off with a very pleasant touch of humor. I recently had to change the inner tube of our bike trailer at short notice because we wanted to continue our journey afterward. The team took their time, were very friendly, in good spirits, and quick. Everything was finished and perfect in 5 minutes, thank you! I'll gladly come back.

I used to be very satisfied with the value for money, but I was very disappointed last time. Charging over €100 for a tire change after the fact, when we had agreed otherwise, is simply a rip-off. I won't be coming back.

Best shop for miles around! Nobody wanted to repair my e-bike (8 years old) because the magnetic disc was broken. I called at least eight different bike shops in the area. It wouldn't have been worth it; getting the disc would have been too much work...the bike was too old. Only at the bike expert was it no problem at all...they even had the right magnetic disc already...magic?! I'm impressed by the fast and friendly service! Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic! Even if it's just a minor issue, they help you immediately and look for (and find) a solution! Very friendly and competent! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the team!

I can highly recommend this team. They spent a week searching for a problem with my e-bike, found it, and charged a really fair price. They truly go the extra mile and want to make their customers happy. It might be a little out of the way, but I drive all the way from Borgfeld to get here. A truly top-notch shop!

Another bike shop couldn't help me. Here, everything went very quickly, within 20 minutes. Thanks to their good ideas and careful planning, it all went so fast. Very competent advice, courteous service, and good prices. We really appreciated the trust they placed in us. They've gained some new regular customers.
