I deliberated for a long time about whether and how to rate this – ultimately, 4/5 stars. I was absolutely thrilled with the in-store consultation, fulfilled a childhood dream there, and am very happy with my new "baby." The telephone support was also extremely friendly and helpful at all times... ...but why then "only" 4/5? Or why did I even consider giving it a lower rating? The logistics were a complete disaster, the likes of which are unparalleled, and detailing them in detail would be beyond the scope of this review. Dear ROSE Team in Bocholt; that this rating is as positive and the purchase wasn't canceled is essentially thanks to Felix and Julia in Posthausen. --------- Here's a picture of my beauty to go with the review ;)

This Rose store is located on the ground floor of the Dodenhof shopping center. You enter a modern showroom with large touchscreen displays. Here, you can configure your dream bike, for example. We were always greeted warmly upon entering the store. It's generally recommended to book a consultation appointment in advance. Maintenance appointments should also be booked several weeks ahead. We had the opportunity to test ride all the bike models we were interested in on the premises. We were professionally measured beforehand. Both the telephone consultations and the in-store consultations are always friendly and very competent. Many thanks to Felix, who took plenty of time to answer our questions and address our needs. Thanks also to the team in the workshop. We've now bought our four bikes here. We'll gladly come back again :)

I had a consultation with Lars today regarding the purchase of a new road bike. I have to say, it was simply fantastic! He's incredibly knowledgeable, and without the numerous test rides and excellent advice, I certainly would have ordered the wrong bike online. I highly recommend using his service, even if it takes a bit more time. It was definitely worth the 300 km drive from Braunschweig.

A very nice shop. Not very big or spacious, but still... everything is there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only, I left empty-handed on September 2, 2019, even though I almost wanted to buy a bike... I was also here in April 2022 with Marieke and Florian.

My scheduled bike consultation appointment was kept. The advice was incredibly patient, with no pressure to buy anything; I felt very well taken care of! The best part, of course, was the test rides on the awesome bikes. More expensive isn't always necessary, and all the options were clearly explained during the configuration process, with my personal preferences fully taken into account. Other so-called "specialist retailers" could learn a thing or two from this high-quality consultation! I've usually been very disappointed by them. Thanks, Rose and team. I'm looking forward to picking up my bike! *The pictures are just a general selection of bikes that were available.

I had my Multisport 3 configured on May 5th and am now eagerly awaiting the chance to pick it up, hopefully at the end of the month. The advice and knowledge of the staff is truly remarkable. They take plenty of time to explain everything. Keep up the good work!
