I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike repair shop! From start to finish, the service was absolutely professional, competent, and friendly. I had a really complicated problem with my bike that several other shops hadn't been able to solve: the gears weren't shifting properly, the rear wheel was slightly bent, and there was a mysterious clicking noise every third pedal stroke. From the very first conversation, I was impressed by the team's detailed analysis and technical expertise. The mechanic took plenty of time to identify the problem and explained to me step by step exactly what was wrong. It turned out that a worn freewheel, a slightly bent derailleur hanger, and a small but crucial irregularity on the cassette were causing these issues. The solution was equally impressive: the freewheel was replaced, the derailleur hanger was precisely straightened, and the cassette was adjusted so that everything worked perfectly again. The rear wheel was also professionally trued, and the gears were readjusted. The team not only carried out the necessary repairs but also took a final test ride to ensure that everything was working flawlessly. After the repair, my bike felt better than ever! The gear changes are now buttery smooth, the wheel runs perfectly true, and the mysterious creaking noise is completely gone. The mechanic also gave me some valuable tips on care and maintenance to avoid such problems in the future. I am incredibly grateful for the professional and thorough work of this workshop and will definitely return whenever I need a repair or maintenance. A real recommendation for anyone who values quality, expertise, and excellent service!
