Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right. The quality doesn't match the design.

I regularly pick up my packages here and always get yellow recycling bags too. The staff are super friendly! Nothing to complain about!

They do a good job for DHL. However, the opening hours are a bit late, starting at 10 a.m. 8 a.m. would be much more convenient; after that, I don't care when they close.

I ordered two printed pairs of sports trousers there at the end of September. They were shipped just 15 weeks later (mid-December). I'm curious to see if they'll arrive before Christmas.

It's a shame that Google doesn't mention that you can only order online now. The store is otherwise closed.

The store is no longer open. But it's home to the best post office ever. Parking is right outside, there's hardly any waiting, and you'll always receive friendly service and advice.

It has quickly become the best post office in the county. The young man who's usually there already has more experience and knowledge of the postal system than the postal workers on Schützenstraße, and he approaches everything in a much more structured and systematic way. The opening hours are also much more convenient, as is the parking. You practically never encounter long queues, and if there are any during peak hours, things always move along quickly. So far, there have never been any problems, and most importantly, it's a pleasure to go there. On Schützenstraße, you get the distinct feeling that the employees there are contemplating suicide or are at least on the verge of a rampage. This, of course, affects the customers' mood, and that's why this toxic vicious cycle has persisted there for years (decades). At Ole Siegel's post office, you get virtually the same services, but with far more expertise and an extra dose of professionalism and friendliness.

I haven't been to a store in a long time where I received such poor advice. This "store" is a prime example of how the service in many businesses is worse than inadequate. The customer's wishes are neither respected nor are they even jointly sought to find a solution. My problems were completely ignored; quite the opposite: they even tried to incriminate me. And now a new project is supposed to stall, saying that they now offer mail delivery. I tried that too, since it's not far for me to get there. Last time, the slips of paper were ripped out of my hand and they lamented why my return ticket wouldn't work. When it turned out that the scanner was to blame, everything was quickly downplayed. Even the owner was there. He really needs to work on his attitude. He seemed very aloof and dishonest to me. The financial situation is the only thing that's prioritized; the rest is irrelevant. I'd rather go to the post office in Peine than go there again. And preferring them is pretty pathetic. That was the last time I was there. I hope the place will be replaced by something more useful, like a kebab shop or a hairdresser. *Irony doesn't hide you, come out, I see your feet*

It would certainly be a great shop, if only it were open. I specifically checked beforehand to see if it was worth the trip. They're currently renovating, and there's no indication of it anywhere. Driving 25 km for nothing was really annoying.
