My chain broke, my saddle was damaged, but the next day the bike was picked up and delivered back to my home the same day, and it rode like new. Absolutely fantastic service, very friendly – ​​anyone who doesn't use them is missing out. Thank you for the fast and uncomplicated service.

My wife bought a new e-bike there last fall. We found the perfect bike right away. Now the first service was due, which was done free of charge. My wife also wanted a few modifications. Only the parts were charged, not the labor. The advice we received during the purchase and now during the service was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks to the whole team.

After countless visits to various shops, we finally went to Rad & Krad today. We actually found what we were looking for and found the perfect bike. It's a rather hidden shop, with a good selection and even better customer service. The salesperson took the necessary time to fulfill our wishes. From choosing the bike to paying and receiving it, everything was satisfactory. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I bought my e-bike here. The advice was nice. The seller told me to allow an hour for the handover. In fact, it only took 5 minutes. They even forgot to install the battery... Here are the pedals; the rest is self-explanatory. But it isn't. I picked up a company bike from the free inspection that was supposed to be free! and was immediately asked to pay. The brake pads were replaced... €€€ The bike lock mount fell off, and I was asked to pay about €20 to replace the plastic bracket... Sorry, I'm giving it the stars because the KTM bikes are pretty good.

Hello everyone. You want an honest recommendation? Look no further. A very good family business, high quality at great prices. The value for money was fantastic. The customer service was a 10/10 and the advice was invaluable. The young blond man let me watch him repair my bike and even gave me a couple of very professional tips for beginners. In short: I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about their bicycle.

Always happy to come back. The shop impresses with friendly and professional advice, without forcing the product of your desire (in this case, bicycles 😊). The staff in the workshop are fast and reliable, despite the coronavirus restrictions. My husband and I bought an e-bike almost two years ago and are extremely happy with it. WE RECOMMEND RAD UND KRAD because we are convinced IT CAN'T GET ANY BETTER 😊😊😊
