I sent my fork cartridge in for service. The contact was very friendly and they responded super quickly. The service was completed within one day and the cartridge was shipped back immediately. I'm completely satisfied!

Excellent workshop. - Perfect value for money - Extremely competent, friendly, fast, and conscientious in processing orders. They installed a new rear shock absorber on my Nicolai Helius and also adjusted the suspension. I'm more than satisfied. Highly recommended.

Travelling along the European divide and had a mechanical. The owner was so helpful. Very cool shop and custom frames as well.

Are you reading the review because you don't know if the shop is any good? Let me tell you, it's the best shop where your bike could possibly go. Great service! Very friendly and professional staff. Did a damper+fork+seatpost service - totally happy with the result. I did not book an appointment, got my parts back in 2 weeks as it was promised!
